Speech, Occupational & Physical Therapies

Eligibility

• Children must live in Greene County or Columbia County
• Must be three to five years old
• Must have an evaluation by an approved provider to determine if a delay exists
• Children must have a delay in development in 1 or more areas which is significant enough to qualify for services
• Services can be provided, if authorized by the CPSE committee wherever the child is during the day or in a center-based location at one of our five facilities

Application Process
Please call contact person or ECLC's receptionist can assist you in accessing an evaluation, or you can also contact the Committee on Preschool Special Education Chairperson in the School District where you live.
